REFUND POLICY

Tempest Lacrosse does not offer refunds for players who have accepted their position on any elite or youth team.  All payments are final.

In the event that a player sustains an injury prior to the elite or youth team season that will prohibit them from participating in the entire season, a doctor's note must be provided and a credit will be added to the player's account for future teams, clinics, training, etc.

In the event that a player sustains an injury during lacrosse play of the elite or youth team season that will prohibit them from participating in the remainder of the season, a doctor's note must be provided and a pro-rated credit based on time participated will be added to the player's account for future teams, clinics, training, etc.

In the event that Tempest Lacrosse cancels an event after payment has been accepted, a full refund will be issued.  If a portion of the event has occurred, the refund will be prorated.

​

All tryout fees and team placement deposits are non-refundable.
